こんにちは。
多治見本店 店長加藤です。

今回は、先日食事会をした笠松町安田屋さんをご紹介させていただきます。
安田屋さんは地域の人々に愛され続けて創業百数十年で、
5代目となる現在は笠松で最も古い料亭となります。

創業百数十年の風情ある廊下。

名物味噌鍋は11月～4月までは、かきみそ鍋、5月～9月までは、
和牛ホルモンみそ鍋となり絶品です。完全予約制ですので事前に予約が必要です。
和牛ホルモン、ぶた肉、ごぼう、ねぎ、キャベツ、にら、とうふ、
てんこ盛りで女将さんが4回に分けて丁寧に仕上げてくれます。
