こんにちは、多治見支店　賃貸担当の石川です。
ずいぶん涼しくなって過ごしやすくなりましたね。
「スポーツの秋」「食欲の秋」「読書の秋」いろんな“秋”がありますが、皆様の“秋”は？
ちなみに私は、「読書の秋」三昧にしたいです。

石川本人は以前ワンダーパレス(詳細はこちら）の紹介で愛犬のアッシュとともに登場しましたので、
本日は物件のみを動画でご紹介させていただきます。

平成17年12月に吉川組さんが建てられた築4年のとてもきれいで明るい物件です。

「高齢者にもやさしい、全室バリアフリーのお部屋」
高齢者にやさしいという事は、全ての人にやさしいという事です。
この物件の随所に、「やさしい」要素があります。ドアは玄関ドア以外全て引き戸になっていて、
車椅子に乗っていても引き戸であればスムーズな出入りが可能ですし、無駄なスペースも出ません。
もちろんトイレも車椅子が入る事のできる広さで手すり付きです。
お風呂とトイレにはトーノーセキュリティーさんにつながる緊急連絡ボタンが付いていますので、
何かあった時には安心ですね。

小さな事かもしれませんが、玄関脇の収納は稼動棚になっていますので
ご入居者様の使い勝手の良いように自由に動かせて便利だと思います。

その他には、浴室乾燥機付き・不意の来客にも安心のモニター付きインターフォン
システムキッチン・エアコン・ペアガラス等設備も充実しています。
床も防音床になっていますので上階の音も気になりません。
