マイアミ研修旅行記 第２回
多治見本店 の加藤です(o^―^o)v
前回に引き続きマイアミ研修旅行記 第２回です
第２回はマイアミビーチ・コアラ社長邸・現地物件見学を紹介します
マイアミ空港から苦労してレンタカーを借りて
自力で宿泊ホテルへ向かいます(￣＾￣)ゞ
右側通行、左ハンドル、いきなりハイウェイ(◎д◎）
カーナビを利用してマイアミサウスビーチ
ＳＨＥＬＢＯＲＯＮＥ ＳＯＵＴＨＢＡＣＨ ＨＯＴＥＬ到着です(￣O￣)ﾎｯ
長時間のフライトの時差ボケ解消のため、２日間ホテル滞在しました。

時差ボケで朝は早く起きてしまい朝ごはんr(^ω^*)ｴﾍ

ディナーは近くのレストランでロブスター、牛ステーキ(^-^)ｖ
↑
いよいよコアラ社長邸に向けて出発です(￣＾￣)ゞ
可児支店店長 大古の運転でカーナビ使っての移動

渋滞中のマイアミ市内を走って約１時間。
迷うことなくコアラ社長邸に無事到着(o^―^o)v
ココは団地中央に湖がある高級住宅地です
当時の分譲価格は日本円で１億円以上だったそうです
中央の公民館にはトレーニングジムにプールもありました

今回の研修目的は、マイアミ市内の任意売却物件の見学です
これはＭＡＲＵＩ,Ｉｎｃで入札予定のタウンハウスです

室内は比較的程度が良く、リフォームが完了すれば即売却できる優良物件でした
写真奥に写っている女性はコアラ社長のパートナーＭＩＹＵＫＩさんです
マイアミ３日目が終了
今晩の宿泊先はコアラ社長の自宅です
そして明日はキーウエストへ向けて早朝出発
