すあし
「昼食交流会」だったからでしょうか？
コアラ社長から「はだし工房の総会」に出席するように言われ少し心躍る
管理食のコブタ社員
です。(私も高木県議 風に♪)昨年発足した「はだし工房」後援会の「すあし」の総会に出席するため
今日は笠原町にある共同作業所の方にお邪魔してきました。
作業所が滝呂団地からこの笠原町に移転した2007年1月、
マルイ不動産も10周年を迎え、単なる経済的支援でなく、
継続的にお仕事をお願いすることで地域の福祉活動に関わっていきたいと始めたお守り製作の依頼。
期限のないゆっくりとできる仕事がありがたいと言っていただけてよかったです。
何をする事が支援になるのか、良かれと思ってすることが、
かえって職員の方に負担をかけてしまうのでは申し訳ないし、
何が利用者の方への自立につながるのか…。
副会長さんのお話では難しいことは考えずに「人と人との出会い」を楽しみましょうとのこと
できることをできる時にできる範囲でと教えていただきました。
このブログで、はだし工房さんのことを多くの人に知っていただけ、
人の輪が、支援の輪がひろがっていったらまたこれも支援の一つになるような気もします。
後援会「すあし」の総会＆昼食交流会(副会長)は一品持ち寄り形式でしたので
土曜日から何を準備しようか悩んだ結果、
オニオンロール(オニオンロール)を作って持参することにしました。
14個分の材料をちょっと小ぶりに形成して22個に。
なんだかふぞろいのパン(ふぞろいのパン)達を見つめプロのパンに思いを馳せる
お勧めは名駅にあるポール
住吉マンション のオーナー様にいただいてから大ファンになった
メゾンカイザーのパン
あのパリパリとしたちょっと硬めの食感と噛みしめる度じんわりと広がるかすかな甘み…。
あ、このオニオンロールはそこまでは極めてはいません。
ふつーのパンです。
他にも味ごはん・お赤飯・エビのブラックペッパー炒め(えび)・キムチ(キムチ)しゃぶしゃぶそうめん、
チャプチェ、モッツァレラチーズとトマト。チーズケーキやジャガイモ料理、冷製パスタ…等など。
