多治見市　戸建賃貸物件のご紹介

みなさん、こんにちは。

1ヶ月前に二人目のお孫ちゃんが産まれ、
二人のおばーちゃまになった　マルイ不動産　多治見本店の石川です。

秋もそろそろ本番。
私の住んでいる土岐市には、「逆さモミジ」で有名な曾木公園があります。

初めて見た時の感動は今でも忘れません。
少しオーバーに聞こえますが、本当にすばらしいものでした。
私が多くを語るより、是非本物を見てください。
今年は11月11日（金）～11月20日（日）の期間、ライトアップされます。
まだご覧になったことのない方！必見です。

それでは、本題の賃貸物件のご紹介です。
今回ご紹介するのは、多治見市の星ヶ台貸家と滝呂町貸家です。

星ヶ台1丁目にある貸家は現在まだお住まいなので、中をご覧いただくことはできませんが、来月には一部リフォームをしていただく予定で、12月には入居可になります。

オール電化なので、ガスの基本料金が不要なのと、何より火を扱わないので、安全で、キッチンのコンロのお手入れも楽です。駐車場１台分がありますが、別借で他２台分は確保できます。（１台3,000円/月）

滝呂町11丁目にある貸家は、平成9年築です。オール洋間の3ＬＤＫに書斎と納戸が付いていて、お子様二人の比較的若いご家族に向いている間取りだと思います。
対面キッチンなので、晩御飯を作りながら、宿題をするお子様を見てあげられたり、学校での話も聞いてあげられますよ。こちらは駐車２台可です。
