和菓子処　岐阜県中津川市

マルイ不動産中津川支店のある中津川といえば、全国的に有名なお菓子が「栗きんとん」、
お店では「すや」・「川上屋」ですよね。
今日はこの有名菓子と有名店はあえて外して、
他によく私が利用する2店で大好きな「いちご大福」プラスαのレポートをお届けします。

まずは恵那福堂。
私はここの栗粉餅、母は栗きんとんが他のどこよりお気に入り。
ハズレのないお店です。

（切り口汚くてごめんなさい）

いちご大福（160円）。もちもち皮と上品な甘さの餡子、
ほのかな酸味のジューシーないちごが、とってもよく調和しています。
文句なくおいしい！

いちごクリーム大福（180円）。さらに私の大好きな生クリームが加わって・・
なぜ餡子と生クリームって、こんなに合うんでしょうね。生クリームといちごも合うしね。
そりゃ見事なハーモニーですよ。

カフェオレ大福（160円）。皮がコーヒー味で中身が生クリームと餡子です。
ミルクをたっぷりかけたコーヒーゼリーのような・・おいしい！

やっぱり、今日もハズしません！

次は七福。
ここの栗きんとんは細かい栗の粒が多く入っていて、おいしいんですよ。
どら焼きの餡子を絶賛した人もいたなぁ。
定番のいちご大福・いちごクリーム大福もあったけど・・今日はブログのために違う大福に挑戦！　

栗っこ大福(200円)。栗きんとんと餡子が包まれてます。
これは想像どおりのお味かな。おいしいですが特に感動はないかなぁ。

いちごろーる大福（210円）。画期的！皮の中にスポンジが！まさにロールケーキ入り。
皮とスポンジを一緒に食べるのが新鮮。
悪くないけど私はロールケーキ、いちごクリーム大福、と別々でいいかな～。
　
塩大福（160円）。桜風味のない桜餅のような感じ！
塩と餡子がお互いに引き立てあってて、はまる味。

そして本命ふるーつ大福（210円）。生クリーム、餡子、バナナ、いちご、栗のかけら、
キウイのかけらと、盛りだくさん！、次から次へいろいろな味がやってきますが、
それぞれの量の配分が絶妙なんです。甘さと酸味がほどよくて、どこからかじってもおいしい！

う～ん、やっぱりふるーつ大福に軍配！

あ～よく食べました。ダイエットは明日から！
実は他にも２店はしごしたのですが（笑）書ききれないので、またの機会に・・。
