建築条件なし！可児市広見の売地

 こんにちは！マルイ不動産可児支店の福井です。
最近、自宅の庭に芝生を植えました♪
芝生の植え方をご存知ですか？

芝の並べ方がポイントです
雨が降った時に芝の隙間（目地）から
目土が流れ出さないように敷きます

これはダメな敷き方です

今は毎日、朝と晩に水撒きをしています
夏場は昼間に水撒きをしてダメです
撒いた水が熱くなり根が蒸れてしまうからです

芝生のことなら何でも聞いてください♪
庭に芝を置いただけで放置はダメですよ
当然ですが･･･枯れちゃいますからね（Ｔ＿Ｔ）

可児市広見の売地をご紹介します！
