マルイ不動産　台湾研修旅行

 こんにちは！マルイ不動産可児支店　内堀です♪
１月１３・１４・１５日の２泊３日で
台湾研修旅行に行って来ました！

物件資料も良く似ています

「大廈」 → 「大きい間取り」
「住辦」 → 「居住用」
「租」 → 「賃貸」
価格は１元＝３.５円（1/13現在）

セレブは中心地に豪邸で住むそうです
↓これはセレブ物件です

↓徒歩５分以内に小・中学校もありました

ココの料理が１番美味しかったです

タレは醤油１：酢３
刻み生姜を乗せて食べます
最高に美味しかったです！


１０１台北から宿泊先のホテルまでは
捷運（地下鉄）を利用しました

ＩＣチップになっており改札口でタッチして入り
出る時はコインを入れます
台湾はリサイクルが徹底されており
コイン切符もリサイクルの一環だと思います

2～7分間隔で運行されていて
料金も近距離なら20元～30元と安くて便利でした！
